Rosemary Popovers

These rosemary popovers are a nice alternative to bread rolls with your lamb roast dinner, especially when your friend Rosemary pops over.

 2 eggs
 1 cup milk
 1 cup flour
 1 tbsp butter, melted
 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
 ½ tsp salt

 Grand Popover Pan

Directions

Preheat oven to 230°C. Generously grease your Grand Popover Pan.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Blend in the remaining ingredients, just until smooth.

Fill the Grand Popover Pan's cups about half-full. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 175°C and bake for a further 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve immediately.
